Dressage News & Results 2015

16 August 2015

The August Dressage day dawned bright and sunny, but nice and cool. A perfect day for dressage.   I think all will agree, there were some lovely horses and beautifully ridden tests.  The day was fully subscribed, so thank you all, its good to see the club's interest in dressage is not subsiding.

Thank you to all our judges - Tasmyn Lessells, Sue Burke, Jenny Edwards and Michele Muller for giving up their days and sharing their knowledge with our competitors.  Also thanks to the pencillers - Tasha Longhurst, Kris Wood, both who slaved away ALL day! , Fiona Hayes, Kari Iggulden and Shannon Marsh.  As always Kerry Hardy and Michelle Geddes did a stellar job with the scoring and administration, they keep the day running smoothly and make sure we all get away nice and early. Thanks also to Bev Davis who ran the canteen as well as riding. Great effort! And great pies!  And finally thanks to the setter upperers and takerdownerers, and special mention to Anne who does a great job with the loos. :)

Thank you to our sponsors CRT Coffs Produce, they gave us tubs of fantastic useful horsey stuff for our winners of each section and they went down a treat!

The next dressage day will be 1st November, another Tshirt day, the entry form should be out mid September, get your entry in early to ensure you dont miss out.
